How to Host an Unforgettable Holiday Party
It’s Holiday party season! What better way to gather your friends for some sips, nibbles, and a little bit of pampering, than hosting a holiday party! Holiday parties do not need to be stressful – your friends, some good food, drinks, Christmas music, and a fun activity is the perfect recipe for a successful event. Here, we give you some tips on hosting a killer party…don’t forget the champs!
DIY “Bubbly Bar” Keep things more interactive by allowing your guests to make their own delicious concoctions. We put together three delicious recipes (scroll down for our picks) that we knew our guests would love to sip on.
Adding pieces of fir, holly, pinecones, and fragrant cedar will surely give your holiday party a winter feel. To “glam” things up a bit, try stringing some bling to compliment the luxurious champagne display.
Presentation is everything. Arrange your essential ingredients in mercury or white stands and bowls, and add dimension by stacking platters.
Dress up your cocktail with stacked cranberries, lemon peels, or orange slices.
Make it Homemade Bring out your creative side by making a homemade gift rather than going out to the store to buy one. We put together a pamper kit consisting of mini bath bombs, Natalie’s famous sweet orange sugar scrub, peppermint lavender bath salts, and a candle to top it off. Not only will your guests enjoy these sweet-smelling products, it makes for a more personal gift that they will always treasure. Start your DIY bath products with this lavender peppermint bath salt recipe!

Entertaining Your Guests Whether it be through holiday games, gingerbread house competition, or the classic white elephant, make sure an activity is organized for your guests to participate in. We wanted our party to be all about pampering our hard-working guests, so we treated with manis and pedis as well as a makeup station to add a pop of lip color! Whatever you to choose to do, make sure to keep your guests in mind to keep the party going!
Happy Holidays from our team to yours! Love, A Good Affair
