This week’s Friday Fab Find couldn’t have come at a better time! With the holiday season now in full swing, some of us might be wondering where to find some excellent treats to give as presents, holiday host gifts, family dinners, etc., and with that in mind, we’re so glad to have met Linzy, owner of ParchmentCookies! Linzy runs her boutique cookie shop out of Long Beach but gets unique orders for custom cookies across the county! ParchmentCookies specializes in sugar cookies, and particularly the amazing buttercream frosting…and that’s where Linzy gets really creative. She’s gotten orders for every occasion (boyfriend’s birthdays, college graduations…zombie cookies) and the reviews on her Etsy shop are outstanding. Linzy was a rockstar and dropped of some samples at our office…believe me, they did not disappoint!! Here are some things really stood out: 1. As mentioned before, the sugar cookies with buttercream are her speciality…and they certainly were amazing! A+! 2. Each cookie was individually packaged and marked with a label containing key ingredients. We thought this extra step was a fabulous idea, especially considering we have severe nut allergies in our office! Packaging them separately, there was no concern about cross-contamination so everyone could enjoy her cookies. Linzy told us that any nuts that are part of the cooking process are added at the end to ensure her tools and workstation are nut-free. 3. She added a spectacular sugar cookie sample with adorable fall-themed colors, bringing us to research all of her other amazing sugar cookie creations! Her new Christmas Story cookies have been an absolute hit and the orders keep coming in! (We cracked up when we saw the Ralphie cookies! So amazing!) Absolutely the BEST! Linzy is fantastic to work with and really goes above and beyond for her customers. Many times, decorated cookies are so pretty, but you can’t bite into them without breaking a tooth, and they taste like cardboard! Not so with Parchment Cookies! They are soft, thick, and delicious, and the frosting is flavorful and soft too. The packaging was gorgeous and each cookie was secure and safely wrapped…not a single broken cookie! Everything about this transaction was totally perfect! Thanks so much Linzy…you really helped to make the party extra special. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Received the cookies in the mail today, and I couldn’t be happier. The packaging was extremely well done, and even wrapped with a bow! The cookies were soft, and tasty. The Legend of Zelda art done was adorable, I almost didn’t want to eat any of them. Each cookie was differently decorated, which is freaking amazing. Everything about this purchase was perfect
