We are so stoked to have worked with this wonderful couple handling the full planning of their wedding! Stefanie and Richard (Randy) knew each other in High School and then re-connected several years later (always love these stories) and they hit it off and never looked back. They have crazy busy life’s full of family and they wanted to share with all their loved one’s a very special day that was elegant with a touch of modern and a rockin good time!

They got married at Calvary Chapel, Costa Mesa followed by a reception at The Center Club. From the decor to the food, Stefanie wanted everything to be unique and a bit different. We settled on a palette of chocolate and aqua to give it a kick with all white floral design provided by A Good Affair in custom chocolate stained boxes- yum yum!

The girls from Mark Brooke Photography rocked out an AMAZING shoot and took a lot of extra time to get amazing shots of our work (kisses to you Candice!) which we so appreciated.

I love the way Candace and her team captured Stefanie and Richard, this shot is fun and silly and really shows the true personality this couple has. The entire time we worked together I could always guarantee a good laugh every time I saw Richard, his sense of humor kills me (thanks for all the laughs Randy).

Now on to the details….

Tammy of Invitation Design Studio rocked out some AMAZING escort card/cd favors (a great two in one option for couples). We based much of the design for the wedding on this modern graphic aqua paper that was used on all the printed materials, tying in the over all feel nicely.

The glass chargers were a great detailed add on that really made the tables pop. We designed and printed menu cards to complete the table setup.

The room looked amazing! Up lighting in aqua provided by Invisible Touch, thanks guys! Custom design and florals provided by A Good Affair Wedding & Event Production – this was such a fun design to create, the all white color scheme can be hard to pull off but with a soft hint of blush in the peonies it was such an amazing look. Love love love!!!! Stefanie really allowed us to come up with something different and as long as she had her favorite peonies in the mix she was a happy camper. We hit the perfect time of year for the most amazing peonies- some were the size of my head!

More delicious details….

We did some tables with a low arrangement in custom wood stained boxes with ribbon and crystals and the others in these breathtaking phalaenopsis orchids dripping down. There were thousands of crystals everywhere!

We took the arrangements for the alter at Calvary Chapel and moved them to behind the sweetheart table, really made Stefanie and Richard stand out amongst the 180 guests.

We designed these darling initial purses for the flower girls, they looked sooo cute! An impromptu double use was hanging them off the sweetheart table, genius moment of the day if you ask me.
