The Knot Marker Mixer Los Angeles 2013 Part II ~ Taglyan Complex, Anthony Carbajal Photography
We’re back with more photos from The Knot Market Mixer LA 2013!! The event was SO huge we needed to split the day in two. Missed our VIP Party and welcome reception coverage? Check it out [here]!
Now, let us take you through the event to check out the food, ambiance and all the little details that made this event absolutely breathtaking!
Guests were invited to kick back in any one of the draped sofas and lounges brought in by Revelry Event Designers
We’ve relied on French Buckets to bring to life beautiful floral displays and highlight stunning features in the decor of the whole event…needless to say they never EVER let us down! We can’t get enough of this gold & rose arrangement!
Throughout the evening, guests were invited to snap photos and find them instantly printed and pinned to a beautiful lace & ribbon wall. Props to SoCal Shutterbooth for running Shuttergram!
Such a unique twist on the average camera-phone selfie! Gram it, Tag it (#theknotmarketmixerla), Print it, Love it.
Team AGA is one classy bunch of ladies!! (Ehem, and Jason too….we love you Jason!)
We LOVED the use of social media at this event. Not a single moment would go uncaptured thanks to the nifty hashtag #theknotmarketmixer!
Check out these sweet artisan chocolate bars by Ticket Chocolate. These Waffle Pecan Chocolate Bars were gone in seconds!
Your eyes do not deceive you…it’s a baby decor wonderland! The Bump Lounge!
Mixing baby bibs provided by Beautiful Burps and baby blankets provided by Bella Bundles (yes, we noticed the alliteration too) we couldn’t resist creating this baby-friendly canopy and lounge area in honor of The Bump!
As if there weren’t enough to satiate a sweet tooth at the LA Market Party, we were floored by Brubakery and their AMAZING cupcakes (top, left)
The cake display by Alexis Sturgeon was to DIE for. Our good design sense and taste buds agree: A+++
The rustic but dainty display by Le Bon Garcon was a popular stop for guests to pick up salted caramels and other goodies.
We all screamed for Ice Cream when Sweet Lucie’s truck rolled by… It’s adorable truck and sweet flavors were the perfect touch to a fun night!
…and of course, the evening could not be complete without our live band! Undercover Live Entertainment really set the mood for the evening and had us tapping our feet all night long.
In all seriousness, we couldn’t have pulled off this event without The Taglyan Complex. The venue: stunning. The lighting: enchanting. The catering: mountains of cheese, fruit and other appetizers…need we say more?
To top off all this fabulousness… we surprised all the guests with glittering confetti raining down into the crowd! It was a just the cherry on top of a wonderful event!
Without some AMAZING vendors, The Knot Party could NOT have been possible! The hard work pulled off and the celebration was amazing. Thank you THANK YOU everyone who helped us put this event together!
Many thanks to The Knot for choosing A Good Affair to dream up such an incredible event!
